What you're buying
LTC Check for macOS is sold as a one-time purchase of £19 (GBP), which grants you a personal licence to install and use the application. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Delivery
After payment is confirmed, we provide a secure download link for the LTC Check installer (DMG), valid for 72 hours and usable up to 5 times. The same link is emailed to the address you provide at checkout so you can retrieve it again on your Mac. If your link expires before you've downloaded the app, contact support@ltccheck.com and we'll reissue it.
Refunds
If LTC Check doesn't work for you, contact support@ltccheck.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. Please tell us what went wrong so we can also look into fixing it. Once a refund is issued, your download entitlement is deactivated.
Licence
LTC Check is licensed, not sold, for your use. You may install and use it on Macs you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the installer or application.
What LTC Check does
LTC Check analyses LTC/SMPTE timecode WAV files and reports detectable continuity and signal problems, such as frame gaps, duplicate frames, timecode jumps, decode dropouts and signal-level issues. It analyses files locally on your Mac.
No warranty of fitness for a specific show
LTC Check reports problems it can detect in a given file. It cannot guarantee that a file which passes validation will behave correctly in every downstream system, since that also depends on how each system reads and handles timecode. LTC Check is provided to help you find detectable continuity and signal problems before you use a file in a show, not as a guarantee that a show will run without issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTC Check is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, including losses relating to a live event or production. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis by email at support@ltccheck.com.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
